Paralegal (Immigration Services)

Position Overview
Fire501 Immigration Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our mission of providing accessible immigration assistance to low-income communities. This role will assist in preparing documents, organizing case files, and supporting future DOJ-accredited representatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of immigration forms and supporting documents
- Organize and maintain client files and records
- Conduct basic legal and factual research
- Communicate with clients in a professional and respectful manner
- Support case tracking and documentation processes
- Assist with intake of new clients
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Interest in immigration law and nonprofit work
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience. This position may begin as a volunteer or stipend-based role during initial development.

Online Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview
Fire501 Immigration Services is looking for a creative and driven Online Marketing Coordinator to help build our digital presence and expand outreach to underserved communities. This role focuses on social media, content creation, and online engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Create posts, graphics, and outreach campaigns
- Assist with website updates and content development
- Develop strategies to reach immigrant communities online
- Support email campaigns and digital communication efforts
- Track engagement and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management or digital marketing
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong written communication skills
- Understanding of nonprofit or community outreach is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
